My client requires a Service Desk Agent for one of the worlds largest and most exciting IT projects, to provide service desk services for IT users including receiving, recording, resolving where possible, routing and monitoring support*service requests.
If you have: - a logical approach to troubleshooting when resolving technical problems with users in the iT environment; - methodical and thorough with an emphasis on attention to detail; - desire to learn and increase working knowledge; -ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines; - excellent customer service skills - at least 4 years; - full driving license; ....i would love to hear from you
